Timeshare Scams and Fraud

We too were scammed by Prl and Sunset Harbor. Although we have used the RCI network with points from Sunset Harbor timeshare. I have paid for membership in RCI and my condo fees for SHR for two years now. I am now receiving a bill for every two weeks for payment and threats of delinquent fees to be added.
I knew it sounded to good to be true. Scammed by a stinken timeshare scheme.

We were presented an offer to buy our weeks at RCI and purchase a timeshare at Sunset Harbor 11-17-2011.
We were promised 8500 for the first year and 6400 for the next year.
I have called and written and not gotten anything but email from BJ Cooke.

I tried to call today and it says the phone is disconnected.

We are out $498 with PRL and $7002 that we have paid for Sunset Harbor.

We were contacted by the Beikman Group and they said they had a buyer from Mexico, so we said Yes. We were then put in touch with Concord Title. They sent us the paperwork and we signed it. We had to put some $ money up front, so we did. Then we had a delivery date of 12/4 but another tax came up that we had to pay and we did. Everything looked so legal and everyone was very official and professional. We spoke with them about 15 different times. Our delievery date for the $ was then moved to 12/14/2012, GUARANTEED! I called them on that day and was told that the money would be wired between 3:00 and 5:00, but of course no$. Offered us money for our timeshare and decided to take them up on it. Had to pay "Taxes" to mexico before we could get our money. Had to wire money to mexico city. Asked for more money and I said we couldn't do it and wanted our money back. Never called me back and I tried to call back and could not be connected with that phone number.

THESE thieves are calling Timeshare point owners and telling them to pay 1200 Euros and in exchange they will get rid of the system. Once they get rid of the system the promis is to pay the clients an additional 8000 euros but this never transpires as they never ever sell the system and make off with the money
