I was contacted by John Pearson to find out if I was interested in selling my timeshare. When I indicated that I was, he asked how much I would be like for the timeshare. The buyer was giving me a firm offer for twice as much. I was asked to sign a form confirming that I was willing to accept this offer. I was then asked whether I wanted the money by cheque or direct deposit. I had time to do some investigation of my own and found that Lakeview Property Management was not listed in the Yellow pages or the business directory for Chicago. When I typed in the exact website address that they provide, the website appears but if I did a Google search, the website wasn't found. Offered us money for our timeshare and decided to take them up on it. Had to pay "Taxes" to mexico before we could get our money. Had to wire money to mexico city. Asked for more money and I said we couldn't do it and wanted our money back. Never called me back and I tried to call back and could not be connected with that phone number.
