We got a call from mR. Chris Carter, Brokers Services Group, Headquarters at 10940 Parallel Parkway, Ste K-195, Kansas City, KA. He actually sent us a contract for the sale of our Mex Timeshare and it is signed by none other than Juan Carlos Gonzales Estrada and Jack Towers. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Mr. Carter would like me to send $18,000 to Escrow Accounting Services. After reading reports on Gatekeeper, it would appear that International Brokers Group and Brokers Services Group are using the same names to sign their purchase contracts. I actually phoned the owners of the UPS store which is in the same shopping centre where Brokers Services Group say they are located and the UPS people confirmed that the K-195 in their address is in fact a mail box in the UPS store - phone numbers have changed since - SCAM indeed!

This is the first time we tried to rent our timeshare. Family members had been using it for ten years. With short notice we learned they could not go this year. We are excited that we discovered Timeshare Marketplace, and found a very nice person to rent it. The site is easy to use.
