The Sales person promise to rent my time shares. I paid $4449.00 for advertisement on a web site that I could have designed. I can not get on the site because it will not let me reset my password.

We were called about the "RCI update". When we arrived for the dinner we were told that excess unused timeshare properties were being rented by Excess Property Solution through Vacation Services International. Our points not used plus the bonus of 100,000 points would be added to the unused points at 7.5 cents would be redeened for cash supposedly by May 15, 2014. Place a phone call on May 20, 2014 spoke with a person name Steve stating we would get a check June 15,2014 tried to call Steve on June 16th through 20th, 2014 got this message temporarily unavialable. Left a message on cell for William Thompson on June 17th, 2014 no response. We believe this program is not legitimate.
Need to know what action to take next.

When we arrived for a luncheon meeting we were told that excess unused timeshare properties were being rented by Excess Property Solutions through Vacations Services International. We could buy "points" based on our timeshare ownership. Our points if not used would be redeemed for cash supposedly by May 15, 2014. Mr. Adams said be sure and be home when your check arrives. We were home, no check. Tried calling EPS and Mr. Adams with no success. I had called him a month after our original transaction and reported that I suspected this was a scam, he said there were over 40,000 customers in the program and it was legitimate.

Purchased , what we tbought was a way to get more vacations for our points we spent over 8000.00 dollars and were told we would get back over 9000.00 with the use of our points with rci, its been almost a year and now their phone number says temporarily out. I feel we've been scammed. I have called them many, many times and skmetimes was put on hold for 30 min at which I hung up. Don't know what to do now????? This is really sad.

Had a conversation...or at least tried to with an employee from this resort. Was unwilling to listen...continually repeated what he expressed at the beginning of the call. His name Steven Rangel. His demeanor , salesmanship or for that matter an employee, representing your company should be looked at. In an effort to move away from his repeated " sounding like a broken record" his words....I did bark at him. He just plainly hung up. Please answer this.....is this the way all your employees treat owners/customers . If so, I made a very bad decision.
