Timeshare Scams and Fraud

My wife and I were told that our timeshare with Monarch Grand Vacations had been purchased by Diamond Resorts International and that we were going to have to outlay more money in order to keep our timeshare. This is when we were approached by Timeshare Real Solutions. One of their sales people indicated that we were fortunate to have a timeshare that was desirable with a buy back program. We were told that it was worth 15,000 and that after a certain amount of time (10 months in the contract)that Time Share Real Solutions would buy our timeshare at the market value. My husband and I attended a timeshare presentation when staying at the Grand Luxxe in Neuvo Vallarta in December 2013. We are long-time timeshare owners (with Club Intrawest) and exchanged into the Grand Luxxe, so we know the industry and SHOULD KNOW BETTER!

However, the package they presented to us was perfect for our needs to exchange for all kinds of vacation properties (resorts, hotels) for our travel needs. They hoodwinked us with how the supposed five travel exchange companies that work with Vida would maximize our ability to exchange and do the type of traveling that we desired (the five that were itemized on our work sheet of course turned out to be only two, one that has only a fraction of the properties that our current timeshare has access to and the other that has a ... Dec10,2012 was talked into turning my points over to VSI &EPS. I could travel thru VSI using less points than RCI.I would be paid for 160,000 of my points at 7.5 cents a point. They would use the other 160,000. I put $9,980.00 on a Chase account and have been paying $100.00 a month with the assurance I would receive my $12,000 in 6 months and then pay off Chase. 6 months went by and I was told I need to be patient and would have to wait another 6 months. It is a year and I have not received anything nor can I get a hold of anyone. They do not return my calls which I have been making for months. Anyone have any way or suggestions on solving this. We went to Cancun last August, 2013 and while buying tickets to Xcaret we were promised tickets if we attend a presentation on Occidental vacation club that will last 90 minutes, it ended up costing us the whole day. They gave a good sales spill and promised that weare buying a great timeshare, that we could even split our week to 3 days and 4 days, and That the usual resort that we stay-in in Florida (Encantada resort) was included in their group of resorts. They also promised easy reservations with personalized service that will help you with the hassle free reservations.

Was scammed into buying timeshare by a promise that I would be paid for weeks not used Every time tried to contact B J Cooke he never returns call Try to call excess property solutions and can not get through. Had to buy membership thru VSI also. I am very upset and angry. I think this is one big scam
