Timeshare Scams and Fraud

I have been defrauded into paying $1,500 for the promise of selling my Timeshare by Executive Travel Management in a Timeshare resale scam in the state of Florida. Consumers are losing thousands of dollars.

I was initially contacted by Mr. Ken Bartholomew on July 2, 2012 on this matter, from Executive Travel Management 1583 E Silverstar Rd. Ste 254 Ocoee, Fl 34761 (407) 520-5946. He indicated that he had a buyer for my Timeshare and put me in contact with Mr. Murphy the buyer.
The first call I received was on July 2, 2012 from Mr. Ken Barthomewof Executive Travel Management who had a buyer to purchase our Timeshare with an offer of $22,000. Phoned offering to purchase my timeshare on behalf of Hilton Hotels. After getting information from me about my contract I was offered 1200.00 more than I paid for it. I cannot find this company on Google so I assume it is fraudulent.

I've been scammed before and this company is following the same exact path. They say they have a buyer for an unusually high amount for your property. Then they start requesting that you pay fees and taxes, and soon they will disappear. You can't fiend them when you google them. The only way to find them is to click on the link they send you. It's a very simple website and it's not even encrypted. They also don't belong to the BBB.

On 5/1/12 we were talked into bying another timeshare so we could use VSI services (which has more services & resorts than RCI). Could get paid from PRL for them to use some of our points. Paid $498.00 to PRL (which is now out of business) and $199.00 to Vacation Services International. We can't use Vacation Services Network cause Sunset Harbor dropped them. So we are out almost $700.00 besides paying on another timeshare. What a ripoff.

Timeshare resale source call me asking me did i want to sale my timeshare and i said yes. He made an ofter to me what he said that he could get for it in 10 months or they would but it. If it wasn't sold in 10 months. i wasn't in an area where i could take the information down so I ask him to call me back and leave the information on my voicemail and he did call back with a contrack # Since then i have tried calling them several times and can't reach NOBODY. They charge $1198 to my credit card I can't beleive I got caught in a SCAM like this. Please someone tell me what can i do about this.
