Timeshare Scams and Fraud

John Kimble (probably not his name)sent me an E-mail several times saying to contact him because he had a buyer for my time share,who had already put down a deposit,I would have to send him $197.23 for Couty taxes and title search I did via Western Union as requested, he would then send the documents via Fedex by 5/07/2013 which was a Tuesday by 2:00 no Fedex, called John he said not to worry until 6:00,no package has ever shown up. I thought this was a scam I now know I was right without a doubt. These time are all scams run buy parasites,How do these people sleep at night? What do they tell their friends what they do? When they take their wife or girl friend out to dinner do they tell them John Doe is buying? These people don't have the brains or talent to find an honest job... Read More

This company was recommended by a sales rep at Los Abrigatos. We foolishly paid $300.00 for a sure thing sell promise. I know we should have known better. Lesson learned. This was Dec 2010. We were also promised frequent updates. We received one email a couple of weeks later Dec 27th. Not one word since. My emails have gone unanswered also. We really feel ripped off

Nov. 5 2010, Was talked into buying an additional timeshare with the guaranetee that Excess Property Solutions would buy my extra points and that I could travel through VSI using less points than RCI. Thus I would be paid back for the timeshare I was going to buy. Excess Property Solutions nor BJ will return my calls now that it is time for the payout. The main office in Las Vegas says this is not a scam & I will get my money and they will have them return my call, but this has been going on for over a month and still no calls. Now I'm struck paying $5000 for a new timeshare plus the extra maintenance fees every year and get nothing.

Yes I and my Wife Fell victims of these people based on their promisses that we all have herd.
We comitted Dec 3rd 2012 and I called the no hassle cancelation hotline (877-253-0718) less then 7 days from date stated above and spoke with Robin to cancle, she said no problem, if the transaction isnt reversed in 5 days to call her back. I still cant contact her and it is now the 1st of May 2013. I just called (877-253-0718) and left a mesage for Vice President David Michaels "CTN and left a complaint I hope to here from him. i ALSO HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY Brian Cannely with "Buisness Travel Networks" and he has given me the same BS that I got from Michael Williams to Sell my unused Rci Bonus weeks, and 2 other companys as well in the last week.
