Timeshare Scams and Fraud

DO NOT USE CENTRAL TIMESHARE SALES IN FT WORTH TX. ITS A RIPOFF? THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH A COMPANY IN DAYTONA BEACH FL.
We have been doing research to find a timeshare resale company that didn't want thousands of dollars and wasn't a ripoff. Jack Dade also called us and had a good line. Went into detail about Fl laws on timeshare fraud. He said he had a guaranteed sale for 18000 dollars and all he needed was $168.00 to start the title search. We sent the money on 5/16/2013 and two days later he called needing another 60.00 , saying the estimate was incorrect according to the state. Since then we have heard nothing. Received call from Jack Dade about two weeks ago saying he could my timeshare for $58,700 and all I had to pay was $212 for county fees to transfer. I figured for that amount I would try. A few days later he called and said they had figured it wrong and they had to have another $80 wired to them. Sounded very legit, but now there is apparently no Jack Dade, no one else answers the phone and he doesn't return messages. Thanks for any help.

C&S Trust Services/Settlement was used by Enterprise Corporate Services (timeshare broker) as a escrow service. They told us we needed to pay bank charges so the money from the customer's bank account could be released. ECS told us all the funds will be reimbursed per the contract between the buyer and Broker. We payed (international wire transfer) and C&S came back and said the money had been seized by the US government while being wired to the US bank. They reestablished an account and asked us to pay another bank charge. We did and now they say the money never made it to the account. I was to receive a check in May for renting my timeshare and no check and no response to phone messages or email

Do not fall for the ‘Vacation Club’ sales pitch. We fell for it and are currently working with our credit card to get our $9000 back. There are only a couple of the nice suites they say you get with the membership. The sales pitch includes a proposal that their marketing partner will buy back vacation weeks you don’t want. That hasn’t happened and after many phone calls with assurance that the properties will sell within ‘the next 90 days’- then nothing but continued excuses.
I have emailed the Director of Public Relations at the Reef Playacar and email has been ignored. There is no resolution from them. And when I go to book our 10 weeks, there is no response from Royal Diamond Resorts or the Reef Playacar! Take our advice and ‘steer clear’ !
