I received a call from Michael yesterday. The usual....do you still have your timeshare? Am I interested in selling because they have a buyer? He went into a very long narration of the process. No upfront money, 8% commission paid only after I receive proceeds. Process: send Proposal to me to sign and return with a copy of my ID and Resort Contract Cover sheet. They will let the "buyer" know that they have found a property. I will receive a contract in two days and will have a recorded, detailed conversation with them to review contract. Escrow will be opened. "Buyer will pay all fees except 8% commission and fee to my resort for selling the timeshare." You've heard it all before.
