I received a call from Michael yesterday. The usual....do you still have your timeshare? Am I interested in selling because they have a buyer? He went into a very long narration of the process. No upfront money, 8% commission paid only after I receive proceeds. Process: send Proposal to me to sign and return with a copy of my ID and Resort Contract Cover sheet. They will let the "buyer" know that they have found a property. I will receive a contract in two days and will have a recorded, detailed conversation with them to review contract. Escrow will be opened. "Buyer will pay all fees except 8% commission and fee to my resort for selling the timeshare." You've heard it all before. First off for 1 bedroom Grand Luxxe Master Suite was $88,650. Then I updated them to let them know I have the 2 bedroom and the other benefits that are transferable. New offer--$250,899!!! So I used time that I don't have and found this: Website was created via GoDaddy on Oct 9, 2012 by Azalia Lujano Guillen in Mexico. Azila has 11 other domains created in the last 6 months, but I didn't pay the $99 to see which ones. Call was from a Michael, email sent from Angela Lugos, contract signed by Alex Llamas
