(10 vacation weeks) $4500 per week for a total $45,000.00 USD....for a big golfing event that he is sponsoring in November and December. In addition, to the $45,000, the client would also pay the all-inclusive fees directly. To make it seem even more legit, they pulled in a title company, Innovative Title Services Inc. This Co. called me mentioned that their client wants to offer 45K for 10 weeks/ 10 units of my Moon Palace stay. The clients will also pay for their own all-inclusive stay.
This too good to be true, if you read the fine print "5% rate charge at closing." That is $2250 you will have to pay to close this transaction. This is a CON! After you paid the 5% you will never get your 45K, the client will cancel the offer. Your 5% just provided their vacation at Cancun Moon Palace.

Company says that their client, Mario A. Ceballos wants to buy 10 of my weeks at a Palace Resort in Cancun, for a golf tournament, for $4500.00 U.S. per week (total $45,000). I called Palace Resorts to inquire about the legitimacy of such an offer, and they said these types of offers are definitely scams.
