Timeshare Scams and Fraud

They called and claim they could sell our 2 timeshares in Florida and ask us to send them $3000.00 for the sale of these timeshares. They sent us sales reports for these sales. I was going through a death of my brother and they took advantage of this. We sent them the money and never heard from them again. Beware of these people!!!

Extremely rude when i question them on the authensity of there buisness when he wanted to no details of my time share .called me a coward and little girl ask to talk to his boss and was no better was just as mean .especially when they called me i didnt call them they have calling me for the last 3 weeks ,im sure they are a scam

I was contacted saying that there was a buyer and they placed a deposit on the resort. I was asked to pay for the title search. After I got nervous they put me in touch with the buyer who corraborated the story but I have tried calling them with no response now and they phone number for the company has a recorded message that says their office is closed for a gas leak that required immediate evacuation for the past week now. I have submitted to my credit card for a refund due to fraud.

Lead me to believe they were a title company that held all fees in escrow in case anything went wrong with the sale. They first hit us with the large fee that my resort does charge to transfer ownership and after that it was one fee after another always with the promise that our money was safe and we would be satisfied with their service. 100's of email and phone calls were all full of lies.
the long and short of it is we lost an embarrassing amount of money $21,000, they no longer call me since I found out the truth that they are scammers.
They are very good at what they do--client referrals, nothing negative on Google, and a Yellow Pages add that goes back several years.
Do not give them any money. Luis Sanchez was the "lawyer" they hired to do the feet on the ground ... Read More
