Timeshare Scams and Fraud

I am very upset with Holiday In I have sent many complaint about not being able to afford this timeshare any longer and have not heard anything from them other than pay pay pay and no help. I am done with this company and want out and my money back.

The offer was a sale of a fairly recently purchased TimeShare at Vidanta in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I have received many calls, all of which previously I had been able to quickly ascertain were fraudulent. This team is very slick. Both companies, the broker and the title company have very professional websites. I, of course, thought I did my due diligence and decided they were legitimate. I was wrong. They are just another scam. The story from them was that I would be reimbursed by the buyer for the $2448.00 that was for the transfer fee to get the Timeshare ownership available for transfer. gave them 1,047 dollars to make money off my timeshare double maybe triple call different places to see if available and never available now my year is up no sale and no money!! I want my money back!! called there customer service and they are a 3d party so they won't let you talk to them direct!! SOO PISSED!! BE ALERT!!

Ironically your last complaint was written by the owner and sole shady deal maker Carol Diane Weakley, her meth addicted minions may play a part or two but believe me she definitely has a firm grip on those puppet strings. Never give this woman your personal information she will use it to open accounts, funnel money out of your existing accounts, etc.. Property is also a big No... she sets everything on fire and then claims the insurance as she stated her crimes span between Palm Springs California and San Antonio Texas.. buyer and just about everyone else BEWARE!!!!!

THe timeshare we have was sole to us on lies and scams Holiday Inn does not care about how bad they make you go into debt they do not care if you have never even used this because we can not afford it. Holiday Inn is a very untrustworthy company and we want out! We hate our timeshare with them and no longer can afford this and just want out of this thing now!
