Timeshare Scams and Fraud

Ironically your last complaint was written by the owner and sole shady deal maker Carol Diane Weakley, her meth addicted minions may play a part or two but believe me she definitely has a firm grip on those puppet strings. Never give this woman your personal information she will use it to open accounts, funnel money out of your existing accounts, etc.. Property is also a big No... she sets everything on fire and then claims the insurance as she stated her crimes span between Palm Springs California and San Antonio Texas.. buyer and just about everyone else BEWARE!!!!!

The company is not available & complaints are handled by their own company. They are a joke & have learned all about your finances and their underwriters at Chicago, etc. are ex employees. They file taxes in a county other than the county that should receive them. Later you get sued for the taxes by them. They keep your name available but you never receive a notice of owed taxes. They prepare a lien and the next time you have money in an escrow, they know it and file fraudulent lien & you pay them or can't sell. They jockey CA & TX in this instance & masters of stealing money. Dean Cloud is owner but uses other board members that he tells what to do.
