Phil Cooper contacted me in Feb of 2012 saying they had a buyer interested in my time share property in Punta Cana. They told me that it was $684 up front for documentation and closing and that I would be paid $10,000 for my 20,000 RCI points. This would happen within 6 months or I would be refunded. I negotiated a deal to pay only $484 up front and the remainder on closing. 4 months went by with many emails and contact with Mr. Cooper, I had to get a notarized document outlining my ownership of the time share and send it down to them, that also cost me $25. I was told in July that they were ready to close and the additional $200 would have to be paid before that could happen, so I sent that as well and was told closing would be on July 27.
