On 1/31/2013, Erick Davis contacted me regarding the purchase of my timeshare. He forwarded a letter with very similiar wording as another offer I received on 7/19/2012 from Erik Wilson of Windstar Property Management located in Deerfield, IL. The signatures were identical. I also recognized his voice when he called me regarding the 2nd offer in January. I did not pursue the first offer and I would like to file this complaint because it is obviously the same person with a different last name who is trying to scam me.
