The Secretaries of State in Ohio and Maryland have no record of either of those businesses. My Marriot timeshare was into game.They are not legal business entities in those states. So in spite of the fact that Prime Alliance has issued press releases bragging on how they’re the biggest and best in all of the USA, they do not even legally exist in Cleveland, OH. That’s kind of ballsy, don’t you think?
The pitch: We’ll buy your timeshare ownership for $X, the sale will go through Prime Alliance Holdings and we’ll give you a membership worth $X to Amadeus Vacations. You must pay the sales tax (a bogus fee, not required) and the closing cost.
