We met with reps claiming to represent PRL which due to RCI court case could now legally buy and sell RCI points at minimum of 8 cents per point. Said if we bought RCI points Sunset Harbor Resort, with which PRL was connected we would have over 100,000 RCI points to turn over to them for rental, allowing us to pay for the timeshare and taxes, and maintenance on our 3 other timeshares, one of which is RCI points. Purchase price for the timeshare put on an RCI Elite Rewards card issued the day of the purchase. To date it looks like all we have done is to purchase another timeshare, join PRL for $500, and have only 31000 points to turn over to them for rental, probably for much less than the unguaranteed 8 cents per point .
