Harris Title is made up firm and its associated mortgage brokers are a scam to steal your money. They will offer to buy your time-share condo for an unbelievable price, then ask you to put money into escrow to cover expenses that you will eventually be reimbursed for, then they take your money and are gone. Don't take the bait, they will scam you!

Called saying had buyer for timeshare and didn't have mine up for sale but gave a proposal of $12,000 with no upfront fees.They send purchase agreement and go over it and say 8% commission after payout and money in escrow acct. with Harris Title. You have to sign agreement which would get you for commission if you terminate contract and they mention a transfer fee that is reimbursed in closing. Harris Title then sends you a document pkg. which you find out before sale can go on you have to wire $1200 to Mexico before closing. Then you are supposed to get your money.
