Timeshare Scams and Fraud

Complaints  >   Merilou Miller Company

I was contacted by this person who represented herself as a seller of a Mayan Palace timeshare, and through my investigation found out she does not own any timeshares. She poses as a seller and asks for fees upfront for her maintenance fees and transfers. She contacts unsuspecting people and instructs them to send cash to an account set up in Wyoming. I suspect she is operating out of her home. Spoke to her several times. If people dont fall for her scam she posts negative information online about reputable folks. I contacted the Mayan Palace and they instructed me to discontinue communication since she is blacklisted.
