When came to house to explain how they work all, They looked at our information from the foreclosure and statements and gave us the option. We signed the agreements and asked to hold check. I told her that I did not have the money yet and it was coming and should I post date the check. she said no and that she would hold it. This gave us time to get the funds and get our maintenance current.
She immediately deposited the check causing us potential overdrafts and when I called the foreclosure they gave mean option that was 1/3 the cost Exit Pro had. I placed several calls to the manager and never received a all back from him.
