07/15/2013: Joshua Anderson from Century Events & Destinations (CED) contacted us telephonically. Claimed to have a client that wants to rent one of our vacation weeks at Ocean Coral and Turquesa for the next 10 years. Initial sale price of $17,950.00. Meaning $1,795.00 per week/per year for the next 10 years.

Facilitating timeshare rental for 10 year period between owner and "buyer". Property in Mexico. According to contract, Owners responsible for closing costs upfront, to be reimbursed after closing. Every time they promise that if we only pay THIS outstanding fee, the deal will close. Every time there's one more fee to be paid. Three months later still no closing and the "closing costs" are more than double the Sale price. Cancellation fee $4000.
Excuses unlimited.
