I received a call 7/23/2009 offering to list my timeshare for a sales price of 19K-20K. The fee was $995 up front, refundable upon sale. If the property hadn't sold within 90 days, I would receive all sorts of wonderful FREE trips, cruises, etc. every 90 days until it was sold for no additional charge. I received their paperwork and realized it was a scam so didn't return the signed documentation. When I called regarding the charge on my credit card I was sent another set of papers to sign. Under the "Payment Authorization" it states "You are not obligated to pay any money unless you sign this contract and return it to the commercial telephone seller". We were convinced to pay about $600 to advertise our Time Share for rent and were promised that it was a hot item to rent out and there would be NO problems in finding someone. We paid them back in August 2007 and have to receive ANY calls from them since then. Don't get scammed into paying them for a service that WILL NOT help you.

This company is a total scam. Soon after they rip you of they do not even have a phone line going. If some one calls you from TRU Marketing Enterprise please be careful. They have not done one single thing they promised me to advertise my timeshare for me. These kind of black sheep make the world an ugly place. so sad!!!

I listed a timeshare with this company at the cost of $895.00 to join the superstar program. They promised the would sell the timeshare and if not in 10 months , they would buy it from me at market value. I followed all the terms and when the 10 months was up I asked for them to buy the time share. They said it would be two months to do research on what it was worth an then after an addtional month and a half I finally got my offer which was for $1.08. plus I would need to pay $525.00 for a transfer fee. All they did was post the time share on ebay at the end of January and asked for bids. What a rip off!!
