I was contacted by Great West and told that they had a buyer for my deceased fathers timeshare in Avon, CO.They sent me a purchase agreement which showed a buyers deposit of $13,585.00 and said I had to pay $1799.00 in legal fees.My mother was in a nursing home and I managed to scrape the money together by not paying some other bills. They then contaccted me and said they needed an estoppel certificate and required me to send by Western Union $899.00 and they would call me upon receipt and provide a tracking number for the overnight mail of closing packet and my proceeds would be direct deposited within 24 hours of receipt of completed packet. Do not answer phones since sending the 899.00 and have not heard from them in almost a week.I was expecting to have $61,750.00 by the end o... Read More

We signed March 2010 & paid $699 for a 90 day contract to unload timeshare property, with grand enticements on several thousand more in sales price than what we paid, to corporate customers. After several weeks and then months, we kept checking on status by phone & internet, then started dropping the price - when we could reach them. Each time, the previous rep had left the company - for personal reasons.

told us he could have our timeshare rented for 3100.00 within just a few weeks. We paid 595.00 in June 2011. As of today March 2012 we have yet to hear back from them. I have made several phone calls to this company only to be put on hold for long periods of time or forwarded to numerous people. They keep telling me that as soon as an offer comes in they will let me know. Sure!!!
Nothing but a ripoff and no way to get my money back.

I paid the advertising fee over a month ago and have requested a progress report several times and got no answer. I also asked for details of the ad so I could satisfy myself that it had been placed. No reply. Do these people ever answer emails even briefly? I am wondering if I have been ripped off. Another company took my money 3 years ago and didnt report back either.

I have signed agreements between myself and the above mentioned company. We were scammed out of over $2,000 for the supposed sale of our timeshare. We were strung along long enough that we cannot dispute the transactions with our bank and get our money back. This company and Tyler Kennedy is a fraud. If you get a call from them do NOT do business with them. In addition to be out over $2,000 we also did not sell either timeshare we thought we were selling
