i was told on original phone call I WOULD BE REFUNDED MY 1400. DOLLARS LESS COST OF ADVERTISING IF NOT SOLD BY DEC. 6 2011.CALLED 3 times NEVER GOT RESPONSE.

This is obviously a scam. They always claim that they have clients waiting, that they will present your timeshare at a large convention "this weekend," etc. etc.. Then they want your credit card number. Very slick operators. Ashley and Luis Serrano are just two of their scam artists. I doubt those are their real names. When I told Luis that the Better business bureau had given them an F, he asked which company I had inquired about. When I said exclusive sales, he said that his company is called sell exclusive. When I informed him that several defrauded customers had complained that the company changed names about every 3 months, he hung up. Needless to say, Ashley has not called me back either. Never give these operators your credit card number. I didn't and I'm glad I didn't.

Hi Mary. If you paid these scammers with a credit card, then you may be able to receive a credit on your bill. We went through the same thing but thankfully we filed a dispute with our credit card company and they honored it! We got our money back without having to deal with these deadbeats. Hope this helps!

Jesse from Pana IL. I have had thousands of calls wanting to sell my t.s. in last 15 years. I paid 26 of these lyers over $10,000.00 and have not had one offer. I paid them to sell,rent,and get money back from scammers before them, but so far havent received 1 cent. These have all been guaranteed by gas cards, vacations, refunds, or other promises but none have happened. I am near 78 now and not in good health and have tried to sell T.S. for nearly 20 years now since I dont want my family to go through this mess I made.

Oct. 4,11. Was told our timeshare would be sold before our first card bill.
Exclusive Sales scammed us out of our money with lies. They have called and said they have 5 different parties that are interested. Was told that I could cancel but the money would not be refunded.

same company tolkd me mind would sell in 60 days that was 8 months ago still waiting and been told every time i call that they are waiting for finiance from buyers .
