Timeshare Scams and Fraud

timeshare call me and they said that they will sell my timeshare on 16jan- 2013 and next day i cancelled -- they gave people the round and round when people call they said different --then they charge me 999 and when i call -they gave different answer--you can speak to no supervisor there is no one to speak to --there are a SCAM/RIPOFF

Timeshare resale source call me asking me did i want to sale my timeshare and i said yes. He made an ofter to me what he said that he could get for it in 10 months or they would but it. If it wasn't sold in 10 months. i wasn't in an area where i could take the information down so I ask him to call me back and leave the information on my voicemail and he did call back with a contrack # Since then i have tried calling them several times and can't reach NOBODY. They charge $1198 to my credit card I can't beleive I got caught in a SCAM like this. Please someone tell me what can i do about this.

Timeshare Resale Source called me offering to list my timeshare for sale online and purchase it if not sold within 10 months. I gave them my credit card number and received a written contract in the mail the following week. Since the written contract did not agree with what I was told over the phone, I did not sign it and instead immediately called and sent a letter requesting a cancellation. I was told that since I did not cancel within three days of the initial phone call, the cancellation and refund were not approved.

The "marketing efforts" promised in return for my $999 are a ripoff, and I am the victim of a scam.

Sent them a email to get some info. On how this works with them selling someones TimeShare. They Never responded to my email . They went ahead and just called my phone number. Jason ask a couple of questions then I ask how they work very quickly he gave me a break down then ask for some info on my timeshare I told him before we go any further I would like to ask do you charge something up front. He said yes I told him I thought you would get paid if and when it sells he told me Nope up front $ we need. I told him well not sure if that's a good ideal. I was called by a rep asking if I would be interested in selling/renting my timeshare for a Gurantee that if no one rents or buys my timeshare that they would buy it from me, charging me an upfront fee of $999 on my credit card, since then I could never get in contact with this company and they would never call me back. They stole my money and provided me with no service at all.
