Timeshare Scams and Fraud

OUr timeshare is not an enjoyable thing for us any longer. Wehen we try and use the time share there are no days available and honestly the rooms are not good quality. We did end getting a stay the was very undesirable. One room had trash on the step for two days after we asked to for it to be removed and another room had mold in the shower as well a a dead frog in the middle of the living room!!! We are done with this it is a money pit and we feel like we have been taken advantage of from Holiday Inn.

When we got into our timeshare we thought this was a good way for us to travel but because we haven't been able to to what we were told we have only be able to book in Floridia and it was a horrible trip our room had a mosquitoes issues and it to 3 to 4 days to remedy the situation. We just want to talk with someone about giving our timeshare back because we are unhappy with it and can not use it properly. We do no longer want this to even go to our children.

I have owned tthe timeshare for 4 years and have only vactioned twice. I was promised that I could easily sell our time share with clubs in house sales team called Horizons only to have found out that wasn't at all true and that this hidden website only gets seen by the owners wishing to also sell their timeshare. MY wife and I have both lost our jobs due to corona virus outbreak and have been financially burden trying to make maintenance payments and the monthly mortgage payments.

I am very un happy with how high my maintenance fees have gone up with my timeshare from Holiday Inn. I would like options on what I can do to give my timeshare back because right now I can no longer afford this and have no desire and keeping it I would like for somebody to reach back out to me.

My wife and I are totally unhappy with our timeshare with Holiday Inn Club vacations we were told it would be something that we could invest in that were great for us and great for family, we have had nothing but Financial struggles come out of this and we are desperate to get out and we would like anybody to get back to us about what some options can be we can not afford this anymore and we do not see us using this and we were sold on something that is not what it ended up being we do not see this as being a financial investment as we see it being a financial burden.
