Timeshare Scams and Fraud

I have tried repeatedly to reach this company by phone and there is no answer. Supposedly they sold my timeshare for me but I have yet to see the money or have I been able to contact them. I sent them $450 to help finance the people who were buying. I believe they are a scam unless I can be proven otherwise.

I GET CALL FROM CARRAGE SOUTH WE HAVE A MEXICAN CORP WO WILL BUY YOUR VILLA DEL PALMAR TIMESHARE I TOLD HIM I WANT $15K HE SAID NO WE WILL GET $32K(HA HA) HE SAID THAT THE CO IS IN KIRKLAND WA, I LIVE IN RENTON WA ABOUT 25 MILES AWAY, HE DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHERE RENTON IS WHAT A DUMMY!!!! HE IS GOING TO E MAIL A AGREEMENT I WILL UP DATE THIS SCAM WHEN I GET MORE INFO. NOBODY IS GOING TO BY A TIMESHARE FOR 15K OR 32K WHEN YOU CAN GET THEM ON E BAY FOR A DOLLAR DONT DEAL WITH ANY ONE WHO TELLS YOU DIFFERNT!!!!

Mike Howe poses as an unsolicited interested buyer, Greg Vance poses as island Coast Lending loan officer there is also a phoney website. There is no record of such a company on the web or the bbb of s.c (better business burea) Mike Howe will sound so convincingly as an honest buyer and family man.then comes the scam, seller is asked to help pay closing cost in amount of $1000.00 this is also encouraged by Greg Vance who is also using subtitity to reel you in. Now, they keep prompting you on getting this done quickly...something sounds fishey. I had someone from there sale department call me by the name Florence asking if we wanted to sell are time share. So my husband I thought about it and we were not using it no more. We say yes why not . Timeshare Resales Source send us the paper work we had to sing and send them a fee for marketing of $998.00 that was pay by my husband card. And if they did not sell are time share in laps of ten months we can put a offer to them with there broker. So they can gives between 5000 to 8000 .
So we did ask the broker to offer us a price and to my surprise they offer us $79.09 plus we still had to pay them $479.00 on top of that. So at the end of all of this they still won and took are money $998.00.
Please help us .

I purchased a timeshare there 8-10 years ago. I went there with a friend 2 years ago and she gave in to their constant badgering and agreed to purchase. I didn't have anything to do with this. While she was in their sales office, I just stayed by the pool. I never even spoke to the salesman. The salesman used the $8,000.00 I paid and added her to my agreement. She then had to pay $6,000.00. The timeshare wound up being $14,000.00. I had no knowledge of what he was doing. No one ever spoke to me and I never signed anything. This has to be an illegal contract. I never would have agreed putting her name on my agreement, but no one ever asked for my permission and totally changed my agreement.
