Mike Howe poses as an unsolicited interested buyer, Greg Vance poses as island Coast Lending loan officer there is also a phoney website. There is no record of such a company on the web or the bbb of s.c (better business burea) Mike Howe will sound so convincingly as an honest buyer and family man.then comes the scam, seller is asked to help pay closing cost in amount of $1000.00 this is also encouraged by Greg Vance who is also using subtitity to reel you in. Now, they keep prompting you on getting this done quickly...something sounds fishey.
