Timeshare Scams and Fraud
Diamond Resorts are Theives - Diamond Resorts International
Company Name: Diamond Resorts International
There are very few words to describe Diamond Resorts and the vile people they have working for them. If there was a way to give them less than 1 star I would gladly do so. These miserable thieves have abused me long enough. I made the HUGE mistake of buying into a timeshare with Diamond and the entire experience has been a nightmare. When they sold me the timeshare, they were very kind and professional, they found every way possible to kiss up to me and convince me to buy a timeshare. At first, they didn’t call it a timeshare, they said it was a “membership”. The tricks didn’t stop there, these bums falsely claimed that what I was buying would double in price. I kept refusing to buy anything and explained that multiple times, but they would not take no for an answer. They kept lowering the price, but the truth is they were just covering up the other fees and actual costs. They falsely claimed that maintenance fees would stay a set price. They play a game with their point system, so you never really know what you’re getting until it’s too late. Don’t trust anything they say, it’s all fake. They just get you locked into their cycle of false promises and debt. I reached out to the office of Mark Wang the CEO directly and explained my experience. I received a call from one of their goons who very rudely called me a liar and threatened me. I was shocked that anyone would talk to me like that, let alone an employee from a pitiful company like Diamond Resorts. As a member of the armed forces, I’ve served my country honorably and the last thing I expect is to be called a liar and harassed by Diamond. Shame on Diamond Resorts! I look forward to continuing to take action against them to disassociate myself from such a pathetic company.
