We believed that this company would advertise our timeshares to resell them and if we did not get an offer in ten months they guaranteed that they would submit our property to a Licensed California real estate broker for an offer based on the current market/price reasale value of other timeshares comparable. The sales rep originally told us the property was worth $12,708.00 on the market. Four months after submitting my request for the broker purchase option and after no responses to their ad campaigns, I received an offer of $56.87 for my Cabo timeshare and the still want me to pay an additional $979.00 in transfer fees to them to get out of title. I spoke to Brianne today and asked her if I would get
any more offers to consider and she said that it would
only be a single offer.... Read More

We paid $899.00 in June of 2012 to sell our timeshare. After many months of waiting according to their 10- month process, multiple phone calls, sending certified letters, etc. we finally received an offer of 220.83. Why would we pay $899.00 to sell our timeshare, and then accept an offer like this? We have spent at least $20,000.00 on our timeshare. They also want to charge us an additional fee of $1079.00 to transfer the deed!

I entered into an agreement with Timeshare Resale Source back in March of 2013. The company seemed legitimate since they have a web site, physical address, phone numbers, people that answer the phone, etc., etc. I spoke with a sales rep (i.e., Michael) at least 4 or 5 times throughout the week to make sure I thoroughly understood the offer. He told me the market value of my timeshare was between 18,900 to 21,000K and the contract I signed with them guaranteed that if they hadn't sold my timeshare after 10 months of marketing my timeshare on their venues, they would purchase my timeshare for the market price/value. To make a long story short, I paid them $1,000 and then found out that it was a SCAM based on reviews from other disgruntled chumps. I've tried a dozen times to re... Read More

I can't believe I got ripped off.. I told them I could not afford the amount they wanted. so they dropped it $100, bit deal... I talked with 4 different people and they all told me they had worked for the co for 5 - 9 yrs and they were honest and good people, only wanting to help me out by selling my timeshare. Of course I would get many calls they were certain of that, and if not, they would buy it back within 10 months. They put the price on it, not me. I knew it was too high and told them so... I had to borrow the money. I feel SICK, wish I had gone to this website beforehand. How can they get away with this... can't they be stopped. How many more people are they going to hurt!!!???

Initially decided to sell personal timeshare through Timeshare Resale Source. Changed my mind and sent letter within 3 business days for full refund. Was contacted that I would receive full refund in about 21 business days. Never received refund and now almost 2 months later.
