We believed that this company would advertise our timeshares to resell them and if we did not get an offer in ten months they guaranteed that they would submit our property to a Licensed California real estate broker for an offer based on the current market/price reasale value of other timeshares comparable. The sales rep originally told us the property was worth $12,708.00 on the market. Four months after submitting my request for the broker purchase option and after no responses to their ad campaigns, I received an offer of $56.87 for my Cabo timeshare and the still want me to pay an additional $979.00 in transfer fees to them to get out of title. I spoke to Brianne today and asked her if I would get
any more offers to consider and she said that it would
only be a single offer.
I told her how frustrated I was and that I would be filing a complaint. I wished that there had been more complaints to read before I fell for their sales pitch. If anyone knows how to file a complaint with the Attorney General of California, I think this should be done.
