For the last three years we have had our timeshare listed for sale with sellmytimeshare.com but have not had one party interested. Maintenance fees have risen almost $800.00 since we first purchased and even though RCI is to be a perk of our ownership, rolling points over to it and or transferring points to the bank costs an additional $400.00 per year. We have asked Holiday Inn to take this timeshare back numerous times with no response. We have even tried to rent it out but considering there is no guarantee, additional fees and only a $200 credit IF it is rented, we do not see the benefit of putting ourselves through the hassle of it. The standards have slowly deteriorated as the resorts are not being updated and even with RCI, we cannot find resorts or hotels close to where we want to travel.
We are ready to be free of the timeshare for good. We would like to return and or sell the timeshare back to Holiday Inn immediately.
