This company says they are trying to "purchase" timeshares, but are using the scam of requiring 10% down FROM THE SELLER. See series of emails below:

You most definitely would be required to advance 10% of sale price. The buyer is required to advance the whole sale price as well as the 10% reimbursement before you send any money. If the agent that you spoke with here at my office did not tell you that you would have to pay transfer processing fee please let me know. This is obligatory.
