EUROPEAN TIMESHARE GOES INDEPENDENT

The move, which was finalized in February, gives Worldwide Timeshare a newfound
independence, and means this leading tourism firm is now 100 percent owned and controlled by
its current management team.
Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket and Worldwide Timeshare Exchange were both key
industry players in the European tourism field. This buy-out means those two companies will
continue to operate, but as separate entities.
Phil Watson, the managing director of Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket, said in a press
statement that this arrangement means there will be two companies that can take advantage of
Europe’s growing tourism market.
“With our newly found independence, we look forward to accelerating the growth of the two
companies and strengthening each company’s position as market leaders,” Watson said.
Watson has led the company over the past decade. He noted that he has a very positive, upbeat
outlook about the future of Europe’s travel and leisure industry, despite the economic downtown.
“We have already seized the opportunity to take on new premises and have begun plans to roll-
out a new range of holiday products for our existing customers, and to open up new markets,” he
said.
Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket was founded in 1995. It now represents Europe’s largest
timeshare resale company.

The firm has independent brokers who assist people looking to buy or sell a European timeshare.

“Our independent brokers will be able to give you the best possible timeshare advice to ensure
your enquiry is dealt with quickly and efficiently,” the firm notes. “We have over 30 years
experience within the industry, and are also recognised by a number of developers as one of their
preferred timeshare re-sale agents for buying or selling your timeshare weeks or points.”

Anyone interested in their services can fill out one of Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket’s
enquiry forms, or call 0871-7816781.

“We have extensive listings of various timeshares weeks from around the world and also various
timeshare points including RCI Points and Club la Costa Vacation Points,” the company notes on
its web site.
