- This is a floating week for odd number years (2017, 2019, 2021, etc.). I have owned since 2011. It is a somewhat unique contract in that the maintenance fee is OPTIONAL - you don't get charged automatically - you only pay the fee if you decide to use the week. Weeks for this resort are easy to bank & trade so you can travel the world. I have used the 2017 week.
