Timeshare Scams and Fraud

My husband and I bought a lifetime membership with Sunset Group Hacienda Tres Rios, they made us many promises, we bought it in 2012 and we already payed it, from the date of purchase to today we never used it, because it is complex and difficult to meet their requirements, so my husband and I decided as promised in the acquisition of the membership that they could help us to sell, which is a lie, then they told us that the sale was particular.
Tired of so many lies and of throwing our money we decided to cancel our membership, another complicated problem, the opposite of when we sold the membership, all were rude and never wanted to attend our calls, we were denied the get the cancellation and even threatened us.

I received an email asking if my timeshare was still for sale. It was from Pamela Hand, said she was not a broker, but a private buyer looking to start her own timeshare rental company:

Alliance Trading Associates is another Timeshare Resale scammer. They make all these promises and then they do the scam where they present a buyer who they claim is attending an event in the Dominican Republic and is interested in purchasing our timeshare. The send over a contract with an Italian couple’s name in this case:

We sat at this presentation that they told us that the owners put together their own exchange program called Advantage. After we agreed and paid them $5000.00 US dollars only to find out a year later that they don't own it. Very disappointed with paradise village. Will use interval and never go back to paradise village. If anyone is bringing legal action against them please let me know how to go about it. Thanks
