Timeshare Scams and Fraud

This timeshare with this company has been just plain awful. We are so unhappy with how Holiday Inn handles complaints and treats people as a sale only. We were not told the whole truth and felt so uncomfortable about getting into this and we now just want out. Someone needs to get back with us over this issue as soon as possible.

We thought ourtimeshare with Holiday Inn was a investment because that is what we were told. That was in fact a lie we have not seen anything but debt come from our timeshare, it has been a nightmare for us and we feel lied to by customer service. We want out now and we want our hard earned money back for our troubles.

I thought this was worth my time and was an investment with Silverleaf, Orange Lake for family vacations. Turns out to be very false information. My maintenance fees have done nothing but continue to increase. I don’t have money for my timeshare and this is robbery.

Holiday Inn lies to get you to sign for the timeshare. We were led to believe our timeshare was different and special and that it was a wonderful investment . This has all been proven otherwise. We want out and would like our money back for this waste of time.

Holiday Inn is not a good company and has very bad customer service. I want out of my timeshare with them and no one has even gotten back to me with options on how to do so. I want out of this nightmare with them and want my money back. They lie to get you to sign and then act like we do not matter afterward.
