This is a year round red property in a really beautiful area. Sedona is magical and you can spend a week at the holidays veiwing the beautiful holiday festival of lights all arounbd the property iotseld.

This resort in Sedona is located right on Oak Creek. It has several high quality on-site dining places and is located directly behind a premier shopping center in the area. It is close to downtown Old Sedona as well. It was recently purchased by Diamond Resorts. The previous owners had let it slide downhill; however DR has been upgrading the units and bringing everything up to date as well as redoing the decor. The time is "floating" time and is good for all year -- it is also highly tradeable.
