Raintree Vacation Club has selected Concord Servicing Corporation, a leader in the timeshare industry, to manage the account management, billing and collections needs of their Vacation Club members.
According to the news release issued on Nov. 30, Concord will be responsible for handling these tasks for all Raintree Vacation Club’s members. Raintree also selected Concord Servicing to be the exclusive provider of delinquency collections services through their recently launched brand, Blackwell Recovery.

Known for providing leading-edge technology solutions, Concord has been the recipient of ARDA’s prestigious ARDA Circle of Excellence (ACE) Innovator of the Year Award -- and not just once but twice in recent years. Under this new arrangement, Raintree Vacation Club plans to manage their own internal collections and customer service teams using Concord’s award-winning Interlink.net platform.
