- My deed is 154,000 annual points. Monthly maintenance dues are $90. Points can be used at ANY Wyndham Vacation Resort properties, not just Glacier Canyon. You will need to work with a title company (and probably real estate atty) to transfer the deed. Wyndham will only transfer when they receive verified paperwork. This cost is not covered by the asking price of the Wyndham annual points.
