Mr. Prescott indicated there was a buyer for my timeshare, he sent an affidavit titled "Timeshare Affidavit" with a contract number CF-426-278-986-245. I wire transferred $900 for title search and clearances, I sent an additional $399 to pay my back maintenance fees. He indicated I should get a wire transfer to my account on the 20th of July. I called his office on July 30, 2013 and wrote to them. I received an affidavit saying refund due customer due to sale cancellation. I have not received any monies and now his phone will not accept incoming calls. A report was sent to BBB on July 30, 2013 and the company has not responded to them.

They had someone call and state that they had someone that was wanting to rent my timeshare week. They took the money from me on the fact that they were legitimate and had numerous people that could rent my location. I then never heard back from anyone. Later after they took my money, they then said that I would have to call back every 90 days to renew (though they said it was a lifetime membership!!! I emailed them and cancelled it within the 3 days, after the fact they told me about the 90 days. They then begged me to give them "one" more chance and that if they could not find a renter I could still get out of the contract. Well, that never happened and they have denied everything.

In December of 2012 Jennifer Johnson called me and said that she could rent my 12 RCI weeks for about 1400.00 a week within 180 days. All I had to do was activate the weeks by paying $1788.00. I did that. I called back a few days later and wanted to cancel but was told my weeks were in the process of being rented and nothing could be changed. In January they called and wanted more money and I told them no that I knew they were a scam. I wanted my money back but they said no. I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney Journal. I feel that I was ripped off and since there are complaints everywhere, why can't something be done? I want my money back.
