Timeshare Scams and Fraud

Like so many others I have also been ripped off by the Occidental. I can’t even give it away. I can’t make a reservation because I refuse to pay for all inclusive. When I bought my unit in 2004 for $8000 I was told, and read the contract, that all inclusive was optional. They changed that rule and I haven’t been back since. I can’t afford to keep paying maintenance fees for this and not use it. Would anyone like to take it from me? Does anyone know of a lawyer who can help get me out of this? I am now 3 years behind on Maintenance fees.

Alisha Whittaker bought numerous timeshares of clients in return of selling them seasons holidays timeshares.
She then recieved money from seasons holidays and has never to my knowledge payed her membership fees ect, to any of the timeshares now in her name and also in her maiden name Alisha Crane.
Some of company's they scammed are . Marriott Vacation club, The Palms Country Club and resort, Vistana Spa Condominium Association,Orange Lake resorts, Legacy vacation club (crane). Westgate Town Centre owners association, Miraflores beach and country club.

Yo contraté royal holiday en unas vacaciones a puerto Vallarta a principios del año antepasado solo había dando el enganche y todavía lo estaba pagando .Nunca usé la membresía, pero hablé para cancelar debido a que no podía seguir pagando y me decían que no se podía cancelar.


Les expliqué mi situación, pero no me resolvían nada, yo ya no sabía qué hacer. El vendedor pasó de ser extremadamente amable, a ser grosero e ignorar mis correos y llamadas. Inn Season Resorts-this company is dishonest and consumers should avoid any dealings with them. The first sales rep spoke to us for 90 minutes, at which point we declined because it didn’t work for us; they then sent in a second sales rep who negated this by assuring us that we could use it with the program we already had. They (conveniently, in hindsight), withheld access to our account until after the rescission period. Upon IMMEDIATELY discovering the fraud and contacting them, they quoted from their contract and claimed it was too late to rescind. Que con fecha Noviembre 5 de 2017 firme unos documentos
correspondientes a una supuesta membresía pidiendome un anticipo de $10,000.00 en efectivo de lo cual cuento con recibo debidamente firmado de la entrega, posteriormente los pagos serian a sin intereses, y tal es el caso que al presentarme al ahora Banco CITY BANAMEX, me informaron que ya no existía convenio por el cambio de propietarios del Banco, me comunique con la persona que me atendio de nombre Esther quien fué la que me vendio la membresia y me dijo que tendrían que respetar el convenio, pero al no poderse por las razones expuestas, le pedí que cancelara el trato y esta me informó que no me convenía porque me entregarían en devolución solo el 30%, y actualmente no he recibio ningun beneficio porque no he log...
