Phil Cooper contacted me in Feb of 2012 saying they had a buyer interested in my time share property in Punta Cana. They told me that it was $684 up front for documentation and closing and that I would be paid $10,000 for my 20,000 RCI points. This would happen within 6 months or I would be refunded. I negotiated a deal to pay only $484 up front and the remainder on closing. 4 months went by with many emails and contact with Mr. Cooper, I had to get a notarized document outlining my ownership of the time share and send it down to them, that also cost me $25. I was told in July that they were ready to close and the additional $200 would have to be paid before that could happen, so I sent that as well and was told closing would be on July 27. I did not hear from Phil Cooper that... Read More

Received a phone call on 10 July 2012 from ACCESS TRAVEL NETWORK and he offered to sell my "free weeks" (due, according to them, to expire in August 2012) of my timeshare. He said they "required" me to pay upfront for the booking fee of $149 per week for 10 weeks. Said they would send me a contract to consider and sign and return via fax. When I got the electronic version of the contract (11 July), that clearly stated "7 day cancellation policy" on the form, I reviewed the document and saw no protection for me after the initial period so I wrote CANCEL in large letters and faxed it back to them with a request for "immediate refund" of the charge against my card. Then I received another call from a different person offering to cut the charge... Read More

Another complete rip off company, they contact you and then offer their marketing services. they then guarantee to rent or sell your timeshare within a given time - mine was 3-6 months. The only thing that they do efficiently is take approximately $1,500 to $2,000 from you. I give up on contacting them after one year and they never answer the phone, I also tried sending them several emails from their link on their website but never received a reply a, complete scam. do not be fooled

Dear Madam Sir,
My husband and I reside in North America but own a timeshare located in Spain. We have made a number of attempts throughout the years to sell our timeshare. This company, namely Visions of the World with a location in the UK, advertised services that promised to find buyers in exchange for a fee. The stipulation was that upon sale of the timeshare, this fee would be reimbursed back to us. The contract indicates that you only have 7 days to cancel the agreement, which is not a sufficient amount of time to figure out where things stand or the reputation of the company. Following the agreement on a set sales price, the company sent me a contract that required my signature. Upon reviewing the contract, we realized that the company had conveniently changed the agreed ... Read More
