Liars and conivers. To top it off they had me on speaker phone for all to hear how bad you are. Pleading like  little wimps in sacrificial disgrace. 

nothing but another big scam.

DO NOT EVEN ACCEPT their CALL.

These people need to be put away in jail for the rudeness and lies they give people.

The agent told me that if I faxed the original contract and if the property had not sold, I could receive a "full refund." I have heard nothing even though I sent the correct fax on the exact date and have left several telephone messages.
My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau and the police in New York.
I want my money back, as promised!

On December 5, 2012, this company promised to help me sell my time share for an upfront fee of $799.00. They did not sell it. I have on my contract that they would refund my money if my time share was not sold in six months. As stipulated in the contract, I faxed a signed copy of the contract to the company six months later to get my refund. I faxed it twice. Once on June 5th, six months after they took my money, and again on June 7th, six months after the date of the contract. I have called Marie Carter, the sales rep, at 203-930-0593 seven times and have left messages. I have also called the toll-free number seven times, and have emailed time and time again.
