Timeshare Scams and Fraud

We went to Cancun last August, 2013 and while buying tickets to Xcaret we were promised tickets if we attend a presentation on Occidental vacation club that will last 90 minutes, it ended up costing us the whole day. They gave a good sales spill and promised that weare buying a great timeshare, that we could even split our week to 3 days and 4 days, and That the usual resort that we stay-in in Florida (Encantada resort) was included in their group of resorts. They also promised easy reservations with personalized service that will help you with the hassle free reservations.

I need to sell my timeshare but this company is asking for fees upfront.

Was scammed into buying timeshare by a promise that I would be paid for weeks not used Every time tried to contact B J Cooke he never returns call Try to call excess property solutions and can not get through. Had to buy membership thru VSI also. I am very upset and angry. I think this is one big scam

We were asked to submit $5794.18 by wire transfer to a bank Comercializadora y Servicios Turisticos costa Sur S. de R.LL. de C.V. in Mexico for various charges such as Mexican legal attorney fee. Then we were asked for $6000 for taxes. We were told had to pay these fees before the sale could be completed.

Paid R&R Closing serv.$9980. They said id get back money Aug 15 2013,.Can't get any body
