One would think that "Bill Hastings" would have the sense to change his calling card. Two years ago, he was with "Continental Property Solutions" supposedly out of Memphis. Total scam. Don't waste your time other than to file complaints to the usual places.

Thank you all for your input, especially your specifics Ken. Yep, same story here. Michael Webster was my agent, we'll see if he bothers to call again. It will be an interesting conversation.
Cheers!

Hi Bob
Got a call from Bill Hastings(International Corporate Brokers) again today (17 Sep/14 ), and asked again how come I have not responded to there offer. I said for the second time please send me the written documentation of costs and commissions of what it will cost me when they rent my timeshare weeks. He read me the document and said he would e-mail it to me and would call me in 15 min. Never received the e-mail or got a call. I have asked for names and contact info and never received anything but phone calls. I am just playing along to try and get them to make some mistake so I can pass on info to the cops.
Cheers
Ken

No changes here yet....weekly faxes still come wanting me to sell. I asked Bill Hastings beginning of June to send me 3 names & phone numbers of people who have gone thru their sales/purchase process so I can talk to them....said he would get them right over to me....2 months later...still nothing. I even tried contacting their title company, all I get there is an answering machine & no one calls you back. I'm done. Anyone want to buy my timeshare? hahahaha :)

Thank you everyone for your information. Mike Lipsy has been calling me asking me to sign over my timeshares in Mexico. He keeps confirming that he has buyers and I insist that he send me a contract to have my lawyers look at it. He refuses to send it stating that he cannot send me anything until I sign the paper he emailed me stating that I want to sell. I have not signed anything or agreed to anything thanks to everyone's comments. I would like to sell what I have in Mexico but like Candis said "I'm not stupid"!

I have had the same contract with the same buyers names and they told me the up front cost were the closing and processing fees. Mike Lipsy was the first contact then Douglas. The names of the buyers are the same and Candis's contract.

We are in the same boat. Mike Lipsey was our first contact. I now have a contract in hand that they want me to sign. They have offered us almost 2x's what we paid, so it sounds too good to be true. The purchasers are a Mr Juan Carlos Gonzalez Estrada & Mr Jack Towers. Bill Hastings is the manager who also signed the contract. They want $4668 as an upfront commission. Would I love to sell my timeshare for what they are offering....absolutely! Am I stupid? NO. Still doing research....have any of you found out any more?

Had a phone call today from a Mike Lipsey saying he wanted to buy my timeshare, he knew the timeshare company I'm with but not the property details, he sent me a "Resale Proposal" and knew my email address. The offer price looks to good to be true in the current market and when I rang the number listed for the Twin Towers owners/managers of the building in Austin, they told me that ICB do NOT rent space there, but knew that ICB list that address on their web site. Enough, said methinks.......
