Company promises resorts everywhere at a reduced price or maximum of $499 for 1 week. They make you wait 45 days so that you cannot cancel. When I received my package, I tried to book my stay at Hard Rock Hotel in Cancun (as that's the one they told me I could get as it was part of the deal) and it turns out, it's way over the points I have, it doesn't qualifies for the $499, it's actually almost $4000 (booking by yourself at their website is around $4600 for 4) and it's only available certain dates. So by the time I pay their fees & payment, I'm actually paying more. When I called them, they had the nerve to change their talk to, well, you only get those prices for resorts and is around $499 but it is not guaranteed.
